Uploaded images

When you upload a photo to the palette tool, it is held in server memory only for the duration of the request that analyzes it. The image is never written to disk, stored in a database, logged, or reused for any purpose. Once the response is sent to your browser, the image data is discarded.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent to our inbox so we can reply to you. We don't add contact form submissions to a mailing list or share them with third parties.

Cookies and sessions

We use a short-lived session cookie to protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). It contains a random token, not any personal information, and expires when you close your browser or after a period of inactivity.

Analytics and advertising

If analytics or advertising services are enabled on this site, they may use cookies or similar technology to measure traffic or show ads, under their own privacy policies. Check this page's footer or header for any such third-party notices specific to this deployment.

Your rights

Since we don't create accounts or store uploaded images, there's generally nothing tied to you to request or delete beyond a contact form message. If you'd like a message you sent removed from our inbox, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
